SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

GingerNino will check out the order within 24 hours after receipt. If the objects are to be realized at this time, the technical execution times will be required, which are on average 2-3 working days.

The delivery takes place via express courier in 24/48 hours in Italy and 48/96 hours in Europe.

In case of delays in shipment, GingerNino will report it to the customer by email.
In case of problems or delays in delivery, the courier will notify you via email.

RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS

For returns, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 8 days. You will still be refunded the amount of the purchase less the shipping costs for the return.

For replacements, if it is necessary for reasons of size or incorrect purchase, a contribution will be asked for the costs of returning and sending the new product.

For replacements, in the case of anomalies found in the realization of the product, the return and replacement costs are totally borne by GingerNino.
