Shipping, Delivery and Returns

GingerNino will process the order within 24/48 hours of receipt.
If the objects need to be created at the moment or if you have requested customisation, technical production times will be required which are on average 2-3 working days.

The delivery takes place via express courier in 24/48 hours in Italy and 48/96 hours in Europe. You will still receive an email from the courier with the data for tracking the shipment.

In case of delays in shipment, GingerNino will notify the customer by e-mail.
In case of problems or delays in delivery, the courier will notify you via email.

For returns, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 8 days. In any case, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the return shipping costs.

For replacements, if it is necessary for reasons of size or incorrect purchase, a contribution will be asked for the costs of returning and sending the new product. The amount must be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

For replacements, in the event of anomalies found in the product invoice, the return and replacement costs are totally borne by GingerNino.
